The OBSDN interface is not available to Restricted Persons. Access is blocked for persons who reside in, are located in, are incorporated in, or are citizens of the jurisdictions below, in line with applicable economic and trade sanctions and local regulatory requirements.

- Cuba
- Iran
- North Korea
- Syria
- United Kingdom
- United States
- Vietnam
This restriction applies regardless of the method used to reach the interface, including the use of a VPN or any other technique intended to conceal location or residency.
Interface-level restriction
Geographic restrictions are enforced at the interface level. The underlying contracts settle on-chain and are permissionless. Eligibility to use the OBSDN interface does not change the obligations imposed by your local laws.
